I really enjoyed the setup of VinOmed as it was very close and walkable so easy to access. I did manage to confirm some working arrangements with a few producers to be settled in the new year, as it was too late to get anything done for the remainder of 2023. I’m very hopeful that the new producers will complement my existing portfolio and improve upon some regions that needed help. Please keep me in mind for the next event in Miami.

I was very well taken care of by Break Events. Their choice of accommodation allowed me to fully enjoy their format of B2B meetings. Their choice of wine producers was a learning journey besides a business opportunity: they highlight the cultural background of the wine makers, which is important to understand which storytelling will go better along with the product, as well as how to better appreciate the wines. The producers they chose were interesting for my markets and I am going to purchase some of the wines I experienced in the next 5 months. I am overall satisfied and am looking forward to more such meetings.

I participated many times with Break Events, including this last edition of VinOmed in France and TastyiWnes in Singapore. There were again a valuable opportunity to meet passionate producers and taste great wines and helped me a lot in selecting wines for the new collection.

We thought the event was really well organized and we found it very useful to make lots of new contacts for the South Korean, Taiwanese and Japanese markets. Our main focus was the South Korean market and we were able to have plenty of one to one meetings with buyers in order to present our winery and wines. I am optimistic that we will open the South Korean market soon!

It was an all round successful wine fair! According to the motto « small but nice »!
Very good wineries from France and Spain that I would have never had the chance to know at a large trade fair like “ProWein”. I found 2 wineries with whom I will expand my portfolio next year.
The organization couldn’t be topped, especially Simon was a very good organizer! You could reach him at any time, and get an immediate solution to any problem!

It was a very interesting event made in a new spectacular event hall, near city center of Toulouse, full of historical buildings. I liked very much the implication of organizer who made everything to be smooth and clear.

The food served at the lunch was spectacular, too and I’ve enjoyed very much with the wines.

It was a pleasure to be present at Vinomed. I had successful meetings and I’m sure I will start some business from the winemakers present at this fair.
The human-size event is a big Plus for importers.

It was the first time we participated in the event and it was a great experience. So many interesting meetings with new importers, I enjoyed networking breakfast, lunch and dinner with importers as we could talk to them in a more relaxed atmosphere. There were a few things to improve as the glasses quality, and few not very professional meetings, but I would recommend to participate.

I originally was contacted by Simon from Break Events, after having been recommended by a colleague of mine who had spoken in kind words about this event. And while not the size of Vinexpo, Vinitaly or ProWein, it is a very concise event which allows you to meet, undisturbed a good number of quality producers. I have indeed found from that event a very good ratio of producers I will now be working with.

I have to say that the staff from Break Events have been very helpful, specifically Simon who took the time to meet with me prior and rapidly answered any questions I had prior and during the show. Definitely a show I would recommend both to buyers and producers alike.

Tasty Wines format is today and with no doubt, one of the best tools available to reach your target clients. During the two days of intense work in Singapore, I had the opportunity to meet and greet new and existing contacts from South East Asia, and the time and resources to present my wines without any disturbance. If there was any missing appointment or spare time, Vanessa Levi and Break Events team were willing to assist and make the best of the experience. It was also an opportunity to share moments with other producers and importers in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. For all that, I will take into account Break Events in my future planning.

I was rather skeptical as it was my first event of this type, but ti was a total success. Having everything happening in the same hotel saves a huge amount of time, extremely useful. Meetings are well paced, and the time given for lunch/coffee break is great to catch up with work back home.

B2B one on one meeting was very effective way to meet wineries or bogegas. It was very helpful event for me to check wines and make some decision of wines. At the selection (matching) each other online before the event, I hope to see their wines’ images directly. or at least just link their website in other page automatically if I click the link. I should open the candidates’ sites one by one and see their wine images, which caused me lots of time.

Al principio tenía agendadas 6 reuniones, pero durante el evento se me ofreció la posibilidad de tener una séptima reunión con un importador nuevo y lo acepté, así que en total tuve 7 reuniones.
En todas las reuniones los importadores se mostraron muy atentos a mis explicaciones y la cata de los vinos; me hacían preguntas y en general todos mostraron interés. Con todos intercambiamos nuestros emails para poder seguir en contacto después del evento.
Con un importador quedamos en vernos en Prowein, y con otro importador estamos cerrando un primer pedido aunque todavía no está cerrado.
Con el resto seguiremos en contacto y habrá que esperar.
En general el evento fue muy bien ya que para mi era el primero que hacía y el resultado a priori es muy satisfactorio.

La cata de vinos en directo y la preselección mutua entre importadores y productores hacen de TastyWines Online el formato más adecuado para los eventos de emparejamiento durante una pandemia.

Puedo dar fe de la excelente calidad de los importadores en los eventos de Seúl 2021 y 2020, en los que participé en nombre de dos estamentos diferentes. Tras el éxito en 2020 para la Herdade do Freixo, participé de nuevo en 2021 para encontrar un socio para Venâncio da Costa Lima.

La reunión del 25 de noviembre con los importadores coreanos se desarrolló perfectamente.

Todavía no tengo, en este momento, ninguna devolución de ellos, pero espero firmemente que se produzca pronto.
Sea cual sea el resultado final, este modelo de reunión es notable, y la posibilidad de reunirse al final de la sesión con importadores que no figuran en la lista inicial es una excelente oportunidad.

Me lo pasé muy bien en el evento y creo que estuvo muy bien dirigido. Definitivamente fue una nueva forma de organizar un evento comercial, y probablemente un método más beneficioso en el futuro para muchos productores. Me sorprendió gratamente sobre todo con 2 referencias de vino que probé, y me encantaría ver la posibilidad de traerlos bajo mi propia etiqueta. Además, también me sorprendieron algunos de los otros vinos.
Algunos de los vinos también intentaré ponerlos en contacto con otras personas de la importación que conozco; a veces eres el importador y a veces eres la persona que pone en contacto a otros.

¡Una buena experiencia con TastyWines!

Algunos importadores de la agenda no han asistido, pero han sido rápidamente sustituidos por otros con un perfil similar.

Feria online muy bien organizada. No hay problemas técnicos. Todos los participantes tuvieron fácil acceso a los vinos listos para ser degustados correctamente. Una gran logística que me ha permitido tener un primer contacto constructivo adecuado con los posibles compradores. ¡Bien hecho!

Tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en 2019 en los TastyWines de Seúl y Singapur. Queremos felicitar a todos los equipos de Break-Events por su rigor y su continuo apoyo antes y durante los eventos. En estas dos ciudades, apreciamos especialmente la calidad de los visitantes -exclusivamente profesionales y preseleccionados-, que nos permitió establecer nuestros primeros contactos serios con socios de estos países.

Tenía un poco de miedo porque no hablo muy bien el inglés. Pero ha ido bien. Me divertí en las reuniones en línea con los productores de vino. Y estoy muy contento de haber podido encontrar vinos muy interesantes. Muchas gracias al organizador porque pude llevarme algunas botellas interesantes para volver a degustarlas una vez terminado el evento.

Después de participar en 2 TastyWines Online (Seúl+Shanghai), recomiendo encarecidamente este formato. Break Events ha hecho un gran trabajo al adaptar su experiencia en catas tradicionales a eventos de cata rápida con importadores reunidos en un hotel que interactúan en línea con los productores mientras degustan los vinos.Ya conseguí un importador fantástico en Seúl y soy optimista respecto a conseguir uno en Shanghái también.

TastyWines Online está bien organizado. El personal es muy profesional. El local es amplio y bueno. Disfruté mucho de las reuniones en línea con los productores de vino. Me alegro de encontrar vinos muy, muy interesantes. El evento fue perfecto. Este tipo de evento de cata de vinos es el mejor en la época de Covid-19. Espero que Break Events pueda organizar a menudo este tipo de eventos

Estamos muy contentos con la organización de Tastywines Online. Sin duda, es la mejor herramienta posible para sustituir a las ferias presenciales tradicionales. El apoyo y la asistencia de los equipos de TastyWines fueron muy buenos y su disponibilidad fue excelente.
