The concept of prearranged appointments in Asia
1– IDENTIFICATION OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND. After registration, each company will receive a login account and password where they can ﬁll out the presentation form by detailing their offers / products and their needs.
2– SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS. Consult the catalog. Request appointments from the participants list to establish your schedule corresponding to your expectation
3- RECEPTION OF MEETINGS SCHEDULE. Depending on your choices and availabilities, you will receive your appointments’ schedule a few days before the event.
4– THE MEETINGS. Each appointment lasts 30min. Your appointments are conducted in a workshop room.
