with José Luis Ruiz.
« As the vineyard blossoms yet another spring, our wines from the 2018 vintage are ready for bottling after barrel aging. Exciting moments in a magical place. »
The winery of Bodega Otazu is an architectural marvel, a wine cathedral that integrates the most advanced production technologies and a winemaking tradition dating back to the 19th Century… Bodega Otazu is the northernmost winery in Spain producing red Pago wines. It is located at only 8 km from Pamplona and is surrounded by the Sierra del Perdón and Sierra del Sarbil, and delimited by the Arga River. Its 110 hectares of own vineyards constitute the only source for making a unique range of wines of outstanding personality: Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot.
